A second generation Austinite, Chelsea Black grew up in the Hyde Park district and has a deep appreciation for the neighborhood’s historic homes and heritage businesses. Her fondness of independent music stores while in high school led her to begin a career in customer service in local vinyl and music memorabilia stores. After 10 years of providing e-commerce support and content management, she  joined  SEED  to  manage  transaction  coordination  and  office

operations in 2016. Her expanding role is focused on helping the value-based team of agents achieve results for each of their clients. Chelsea is an alumnus of St. Edwards University with a degree in Literature. She resides in the North/Central Austin area with her son, James. Outside of work, she will likely be found  gardening  or  dabbling  in  paper,  fiber,  or  textile  design  projects.
