Amanda brings two decades of entrepreneurial experience to Seed Property Group, where she specializes in helping clients find not just a property, but the right place to build their next chapter. As the founder of a successful Austin-based business, Amanda knows firsthand what it takes to launch and grow a dream—and she brings that same determination and creativity to real estate.

In addition to running her own company, Amanda is both a residential and commercial landlord and an active investor. She has navigated the ins and outs of Austin’s fast-paced market from every angle: buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, and owner. This 360° perspective allows her to anticipate her clients’ needs and guide them through the process with confidence.

Amanda is passionate about supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs, helping them discover spaces where their ideas can thrive. She also loves working with homeowners to find residences that truly feel like home.

When she’s not meeting with clients, you can find Amanda playing music, making art, or spending time with her family and cat, Baloo.
