Meet Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn was born and raised in the rural Texas city of Hondo but has proudly called Austin home since she moved here in 2014 to pursue a Public Relations degree from the University of Texas. She instantly fell in love with Austin’s dynamic, big city energy, paired with its laid-back, community-oriented feel.

Kaitlyn’s career journey began in the influencer marketing industry, where she honed her project management skills and developed a deep understanding of brand partnerships, content strategy, and social media trends. Throughout her time in marketing, she gained invaluable experience managing complex campaigns, collaborating with influencers, and driving results in fast-paced environments. Her organizational skills have allowed her to excel in delivering projects from start to finish while maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines.

In 2024, Kaitlyn decided to shift her focus and bring her project management expertise into the real estate world. As SEED Property Group’s Executive Assistant, she now leverages her organizational acumen and attention to detail to support senior leadership, manage office operations, and contribute to the success of the brokerage. Kaitlyn’s ability to adapt, think critically, and build strong working relationships has positioned her as a key asset.

Kaitlyn lives in south Austin with her husband and sweet rescue dog, Ody. In her free time, you can find her nose-deep in a new book, trying out Austin’s newest restaurants, or traveling.
